what is peer? peer is a coloring book in the truest sense of collaboration: 25 artists working together under one theme, creating a book for countless others to finish by coloring (or not coloring). . .you see, we don't want to pressure anyone to do anything they aren't interested in doing, but love to see how other minds work!

who is peer? well, since this is the only volume so far, you can see all current participants here. roll over the images and you'll see names. each image also links to their site. there's lots of exploring to do, don't you think?

to be more concise, peer is 25 artists working cooperatively under one theme. they may have different styles, different approaches, and come from all sorts of different backgrounds, but they were all excited enough about collaboration to join in and celebrate our connection to each other in the world. that's pretty cool, don't you think?

when/how will i see my peers? peer will begin shipping October 1, 2008. want one of your very own? they're available here.

once you get your book and start coloring to your heart's content, you can post pics from your fun on flickr, in the peer group!

how can i peer? a couple artists are already on board if there should happen to be a second volume. if you want to be involved, just email renee with a link to 3 images of your work.

if you send spam our way, we will sacrifice a goat and pay to have some sort of voodoo spells cast on you. i'm just sayin you should keep that in mind.

peer pressure (aka peer chatter): Modish (Oct. 2, 2008), NotCot (Oct. 2, 2008), Poppytalk (Oct. 2, 2008)
